Tuna Melt Voffletopper



Ingredients

  • 2Birds Eye Waffles
  • 50gtinned tuna in brine (drained)
  • 30gcreme fraiche
  • 15gmedium Cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2tomato slices

Preparation

  • 1Preheat grill on medium heat.- Grill the waffles for 8-10 mins. Alternatively oven cook at 220C for 12-15 mins.
  • 2In a bowl, mix the tuna with the creme fraiche and half of the cheese.
  • 3Place the waffles on a grill pan, top with the tuna mixture and sliced tomato.
  • 4Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and place under the grill until the cheese has melted.
