Salmon with Philly & breadcrumbs

1. Salmon filet (you could also use cod but use fish spices without salt in them)
2. Philadelphia cream cheese with herbs
3. Lemon
4. Bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 220C
Place the salmon (or cod with spices) in an oven dish which has some olive oil or margarine spread on the bottom
Spread the cream cheese thickly over the fish
Sprinkle lemon juice over the fish
Cover in bread crumbs
Place in oven for 20 minutes

Serve with roasted or sautéed potatoes and carrots
