Hoi-Sin Sausages


For a quick and tasty supper dish glaze some sausages in Sharwood’s Hoi-Sin marinade and cook in the oven.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • 8 pork sausages, cut into three pieces, on the diagonal
  • Sharwood’s Hoi-Sin marinade sauce
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190ºC/375ºF/Gas 5
  2. Place the sausages in a roasting tin and coat with Sharwood’s Hoi Sin sauce then cook in oven for 30 mins.

Hints and tips:

  • Cover with foil to retain moisture while cooking in oven.
  • Try adding a selection of stir-fry vegetables to the noodles such as carrots, peppers and spring onions.
  • Serve on bed of Sharwood’s Chilli Noodles.
