Cheats Honey Mustard Chicken


What You'll Need

tablespoon butter 
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound) 
can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 
1/4 cup mayonnaise 
tablespoons honey 
tablespoon spicy brown mustard 
Chopped toasted pecans or walnuts 
cups hot cooked rice 

How to Make It

    Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's well browned on both sides.
  • 2
    Stir the soup, mayonnaise, honey and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with pecans. Serve with the rice.
