Sausage & tomato pasta

Cut the sausages up into big chunks and fry in a little oil until golden all over then add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Pour in the can of chopped tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Tip the drained can of sweetcorn in for the last 2 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and drain. Mix the pasta into the sausage and tomato sauce and serve. Nice with garlic or crusty bread.

Can be spiced up a little for the adults by adding 1 - 2 teaspoons of chilli powder at the same time as the tomatoes.
