Fish Finger Pie



Ingredients

  • 12Birds Eye Fish Fingers
  • 400g(1can) baked beans
  • 500gpotatoes
  • 50ggrated cheese

Preparation

  • 1Pre-heat oven to 200C/gas mark 6
  • 2Wash, peel, dice the potatoes and boil until soft.
  • 3Using a masher, mash the potatoes until smooth, adding a little milk and butter if desired
  • 4While the potatoes are cooking, cook the fishfingers as per pack instructions
  • 5When fish fingers are ready, lay them in a medium sized oven dish and cover with the baked beans
  • 6Spoon the mash on top of the beans and smooth over evenly with a fork
  • 7Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato
  • 8Place in oven for 15 to 20 mins or until cheese is golden.
