Cheats Cheezy Chicken


What You'll Need

teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon onion powder 
dash Salt-free seasoning blend 
Salt and ground black pepper 
tablespoons olive oil 
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces 
cans (10 3/4 ounces eachCampbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free) 
soup can milk 
cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces) 
cup regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 3 cups) 

How to Make It

    Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning blend, salt and black pepper.

    Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook until well browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.

    Stir the soup, milk and cheese in the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.  Serve the chicken mixture with the rice.
