Tuna Melt Voffletopper
Ingredients
- 2Birds Eye Waffles
- 50gtinned tuna in brine (drained)
- 30gcreme fraiche
- 15gmedium Cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2tomato slices
Preparation
- 1Preheat grill on medium heat.- Grill the waffles for 8-10 mins. Alternatively oven cook at 220C for 12-15 mins.
- 2In a bowl, mix the tuna with the creme fraiche and half of the cheese.
- 3Place the waffles on a grill pan, top with the tuna mixture and sliced tomato.
- 4Sprinkle on the rest of the cheese and place under the grill until the cheese has melted.
