- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 225g sliced chorizo sausage
- pinch chilli flakes (to taste)
- 175ml double cream
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- 500g pasta (any shape)
- 50g freshly grated parmesan
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
