Try grilling fish fingers then place in an ovenproof dish top with baked beans and a sprinkling of Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix and mashed potatoes. Finish off with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden and bubbling.

What you need:
- 12 fish fingers, grilled
- 1 can baked beans
- 2 tbsp Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix
- 300g mashed potato, shop bought or homemade

How to make it:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas 6.
- Place the fish fingers into an ovenproof dish then top with baked beans and a sprinkling of Paxo Sage and Onion Stuffing Mix.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the bean mixture then sprinkle over some grated cheese.
- Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Hints and tips:
- For a change try using a couple of packets of fish ‘in’ sauce as the base instead of fish fingers.
- Serve with seasonal vegetables.
