- cooked peeled prawns
- 4 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- lemon/lime juice
- fresh basil
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a wok or frying pan until hot. Add 4 chopped spring onions and 1 crushed/chopped garlic clove, and stir fry for one minute.
Add cooked and peeled prawns, a good squeeze of lemon or lime juice and a tablespoon of chopped basil. Cook for 3 mins and serve.
