Fish Finger Pie
Ingredients
- 12Birds Eye Fish Fingers
- 400g(1can) baked beans
- 500gpotatoes
- 50ggrated cheese
Preparation
- 1Pre-heat oven to 200C/gas mark 6
- 2Wash, peel, dice the potatoes and boil until soft.
- 3Using a masher, mash the potatoes until smooth, adding a little milk and butter if desired
- 4While the potatoes are cooking, cook the fishfingers as per pack instructions
- 5When fish fingers are ready, lay them in a medium sized oven dish and cover with the baked beans
- 6Spoon the mash on top of the beans and smooth over evenly with a fork
- 7Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato
- 8Place in oven for 15 to 20 mins or until cheese is golden.
