Pasta with Bacon, Peas and Cream


Pasta with Bacon, Peas and Cream

Ingredients

  • 284g Double cream
  • 200g frozen peas
  • 75g butter
  • 200g bacon
  • pinch dried chilli

Method

Boil water, once boiling add pasta and cook for 12 min
Cut bacon into pieces and fry with in a little of the butter
When Bacon cooked add cream and season with pepper
Add peas to pasta when 2 min remaining
drain pasta and add to cream and bacon, add remaining butter
