peel and devein shrimp
marinate to your preference
stir-fry in pan with oil - drain oil from the shrimp
Sauce (Note: because we cook in large quantities, you will have to adjust the measurement to the amount of shrimp)
mayonnaise 1 part, heaving whipping cream 1/4 part and sugar to taste - blend together in pan on low heat
Once blended remove from heat and add shrimp
