Creamy Philly Mince with Pasta

Ingredients
- 500 g dry penne or rigatoni
- 400 g minced beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 400 ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 120 g Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
Instructions
Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion gently until softened and golden. Add the beef and mix well allowing the minced meat to crumble. |
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the meat has browned. |
Pour off any fat then add the stock and simmer, without the lid on, for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. If it dries out too much, add a little more stock. Mix in the Philly and season to taste. |
In the meantime, in a large saucepan, cook the pasta as directed on the pack. Then drain and immediately add to the sauce. Stir well then divide onto 4 plates. |

- Delicious served topped with some grated parmesan cheese or parmesan shavings.
